ABOUT BOURNEMOUTH FISHING LODGE
Bournemouth Fishing Lodge was established in May 1972 and was the creation of Dave Swallow. The shop has only had 4 owners in 49 years and has a 5 star Facebook rating under the current ownership with Wayne, Jackie and the team.
We are a full-service Bait and Tackle supplier and advisor and we cater for the first time angler all the way up to the most experienced anglers.
We operate online and from our well-stocked shop located in the Bournemouth area.
Carp, Coarse, Saltwater, we do it all apart from Fly fishing.

We retail from the shop which has a 40ft Carp wall, 40ft Rivers and Commercial wall, 25ft Sea wall, over 400 linear feet of shelving stacked with bait, an extensive Rod and Reel selection and everything you need for the Bivvy and night-time angling.
We support all the local angling clubs, Ringwood and District Angling Association or (RDAA), Wimborne and District Angling Club, Christchurch Angling Club and Boscombe Pier Sea Anglers. Club Memberships are available directly from our shop and Day and Guest tickets to most club waters where
permitted including Fly venues.
Wayne started fishing at just 3 years of age and has an extensive knowledge of local waters due to the fact he was born here and his family were all in the business of fishing or bait harvesting. He has fished all over the world and still fishes every week encouraging customers to swing by and pick up a few tips on the bank.
We pride ourselves on our customer service!! If it’s not in stock we will get it in and compete with the biggest suppliers in the country. We offer a local rod and reel repair service and our mission is to improve your angling experience and catch rate while teaching correct handling skills, safety and the do’s and don’ts.
